My Visit to the 23rd [Tokyo] General Affairs, HR & Accounting Week 2025

Hello, this is K from Sayu CPA Office.
As the hot summer begins, it’s also the season for accounting and finance exhibitions. I recently attended the 23rd [Tokyo] General Affairs, Human Resources, and Accounting Week 2025, held at Tokyo Big Sight, and I’d like to share a brief report.
Since I was on maternity and childcare leave last year, this was my first time attending in two years. I was excited to see what kind of technological advancements had emerged. Two years ago, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) was at its peak, with many booths heavily promoting RPA-related services. This year, however, there seemed to be fewer exhibitors focusing on RPA.
On the other hand, I noticed a significant increase in services designed to simplify expense reimbursement processes. There were also specialized tools for managing fixed assets and loans, reflecting the creative efforts of various companies.
Among the services I found particularly insightful was the following:
BizHawkEye – Multi-Bank Web Service (by NTT DATA)
https://www.bizhawkeye.ne.jp/index.html
BizHawkEye is a cloud-based, multi-bank web service for corporations that allows efficient management of multiple bank accounts, transfers, and inquiries from a single interface.
It offers a range of useful features for accounting and finance departments, including workflow management, support for telework, and overall operational efficiency.
For companies with accounts at multiple banks, this service eliminates the hassle of logging into each individual bank’s internet banking system. With a unified interface, users can confirm deposits and make transfers across institutions—significantly streamlining daily tasks.
The pricing appears to be quite reasonable as well. For those spending too much time managing multiple bank accounts, this could be a valuable solution.
The exhibition featured many other innovative and thoughtful services, reminding me once again of how quickly the world of accounting and finance is evolving. If I come across more services worth recommending, I’ll be sure to share them here on the blog.
I hope this post provides even a small hint for improving your own operations.
Thank you for reading to the end.
